For a subbie on one job, share the job with them by link — they open it on any phone or browser, no account needed. For someone who's with you most weeks, a seat of their own costs less than a bag of fixings a month, and you can remove it when they move on.
Can the team see each other's jobs?
No — visibility only goes one way. You see everyone's calendar on one view; each member sees their own diary, and their clients, quotes and invoices stay private to them.
