What tradeplanr.com collects, who processes it, and how to ask us to remove it.

This policy covers tradeplanr.com — the marketing website, the free calculators and guides, the public booking pages we host for TradePlanr customers, and the payment pages customers send to their own clients.
The TradePlanr app and web dashboard at app.tradeplanr.com hold your account and job data and are covered by a separate policy, linked at the end of this page.
We measure how pages perform so we know which content is useful. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, and none of them are switched on until you choose Accept on the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you choose Reject (or make no choice), Clarity and the Meta Pixel do not load at all, and the Google tags run without cookies:
Booking pages: when you submit a booking request to a tradesperson through a page we host, the name, contact details, address, job description and preferred dates you enter are stored and passed to that business. They are the data controller for that enquiry; we host it on their behalf.
Agency contact form: enquiries sent through the agency pages are delivered to us by email so we can reply.
Payment pages: card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers — Stripe handles them directly, and we only see the payment's status and amount.
We use a small number of established providers to run the site. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:
Analytics data follows each provider's own retention schedule. Booking requests are retained for the business that received them until they delete them or close their account. Contact emails are kept while the conversation is useful and then removed.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] with the address you used and we will action it.
Analytics and advertising cookies only run if you accepted them on the cookie banner. You can change that choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page — rejecting costs you nothing and no part of the site is gated behind accepting.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
If we add or remove a processor, or start collecting something new, we will update this page and change the date shown above.
