These terms cover tradeplanr.com: the marketing pages, the free calculators and guides, and the booking and payment pages we host on behalf of TradePlanr customers.
Your use of the TradePlanr app and the web dashboard at app.tradeplanr.com — your account, your data and your subscription — is governed by the app's own terms of service, linked at the end of this page. Where the two differ for anything to do with the app, the app's terms take precedence.
The trade calculators, guides and blog are free to use and need no account. They are provided for reference and convenience, and do not replace the current regulations, manufacturer instructions or your own professional judgement.
You remain responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it in work you certify. We keep the calculators aligned with current UK standards, but we cannot accept liability for work carried out on the basis of a calculator result.
Booking pages and payment links are published by individual TradePlanr customers. The contract for any work booked or paid for through them is between you and that business, not with TradePlanr.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store card details.
TradePlanr is free to start with no card required. TradePlanr Pro is £9.99 per month or £99.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial, and prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT at the point of purchase.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled through that store, under its own refund rules.
If we change pricing, existing subscribers are told before the change affects a renewal.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use the booking pages to send unsolicited or abusive messages to the businesses we host them for.
Automated clients are welcome to read this site, including its markdown representations. Please identify yourself with a real user agent and keep request rates reasonable.
We work to keep the site and app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance or supplier outages can interrupt it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
