How does Team pricing work?
One subscription covers the whole crew. It's £9.99 a month for the first seat, then £4.99 a month per extra seat — the first seat is the owner, at the same price as Pro. Yearly it's £99.99 a year for the first seat, then £49.99 a year per extra seat, the same two months free as Pro. An owner plus two staff works out at £19.97 a month, and you can add or remove seats any time.
What does each team member get?
Full TradePlanr Pro — every member gets the whole app. Their jobs, clients, quotes, invoices and certificates stay their own rather than going into a shared pot, and the team owner sees everyone's jobs on one team calendar so they can coordinate the crew.
How do I set up a team?
Teams are set up on the web at app.tradeplanr.com/team — not through the iOS or Android apps. Buy your seats, invite members by email or phone, and once they accept the invite in the app their TradePlanr unlocks Pro automatically.
